Founded in 2001, Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping is a comprehensive fitness program for members of every age, fitness level and walk of life looking to make a positive change in their health and wellness. Our program includes fitness kickboxing to burn fat, strength training to build muscle and nutrition coaching to fuel your body. Farrell’s has a history of producing consistently amazing results for our students over 20 years!  Our signature 10-week challenge have transformed over 250,000 lives.  And we’ve given away over $2 million in 10-week challenge and 1-year National Challenge prize winnings.

People can start Farrell’s at any time, but our 10-week challenge is where people see the greatest results.  It’s a time where we focus intensely on progressive workouts and nutrition.  Farrell’s provides a comprehensive nutrition program with easy to follow, 10-weeks of meal plans.

We have 45-minute classes, six days a week.  Some studios offer a 30-minute express class, but all studios have fitness kickboxing on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and strength training classes on Tuesdays (lower body workouts), Thursdays (upper body workouts), and Saturdays (total body workouts.)  Kickboxing workouts have a warmup and stretch component followed by 30 minutes of interval workout on the heavy bags.  All classes are instructor led, done in a safe environment with proper onboarding and coaching.

Not at all!  Kickboxing can seem intimidating, but Farrell’s has expert coaches to show you how to do the basic kicks and punches in a safe manner.

Proper nutrition (fuel for food) is critical to achieving great results with Farrell’s.  Our program is simple to follow and we provide guidance on meal plans and good food choices during your 10-week challenge.
